Gain access to the diffraction patterns generated and contained in the Powder X-ray software and perform complex analysis of the data with the dedicated application. It enables file recognition from most diffractometers in simple ASCII formats available for importing.

XPowder12 is a qualitative, quantitative and microtextural powder X-ray diffraction analysis program. It allows you to make linear and no-linear Least Square analysis (crystalline and amorphous) using the full pattern profile and experimental standard diffractograms, PDF2, AMCSD or customized database.
